1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and most European countries. If you are unsure if we ship to your location, please contact us at contact@shopkitchenova.com.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Processing includes order verification, quality check, and packaging. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Estimates (Delivery Time)

Because we work with global suppliers to bring you the best prices and innovative products, shipping times may vary. Please use the following estimates as a guide:

  • United States: 7-15 business days
  • International: 10-25 business days

Note: These are estimated delivery times. Occasional delays may occur due to customs inspections, holidays, or extreme weather conditions.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your Tracking Number and a link to track your package. Please allow 3-7 days for the tracking information to update in the system.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Global Shipping on all orders over $75.00 USD.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ShopKitchenova is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

8. Incorrect Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs.
