Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at ShopKitchenova. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.


1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at contact@shopkitchenova.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us first for the correct return address.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Used kitchen utensils or food-contact items.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Gift cards.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5-10 business days).

5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping may be deducted from your refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@shopkitchenova.com with photos of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at our support address.
